Our biggest passion is to design bespoke menus for our clients, but we understand that you sometimes need a little inspiration to get you started.
From lite bite canapés to bowl food or street food inspired dishes, this pack gives you an introduction to our signature style. In recent months we've also menus inspired by South East Asia, Persian food, well loved chefs such as Ottlenghi and Heston Blumenthal, and based on themes such as edible gardens or US smoke houses.
